Farmers & Foragers Executive Chef Avery Buck will be accompanied by Vermont culinary icons Trenton Endres and Amanda Wildermuth.
The culinary team is partnering with Charlotte’s own Sweet Roots Farm and Head Over Fields to bring the freshest, most local ingredients available to the table.
The evening will begin at 5:30pm with signature cocktails and grazing boards, accompanied by an acoustic set from Greenbush Trio.
Guests will then be seated at our long Farmhouse tables to enjoy a five course chef’s tasting menu. Wine service will be available throughout the meal, with pairing suggestions for each course.
