Farmers & Foragers Hillside is in the kitchen. Chef Ryan and the F&F team source from 14 Vermont farms and build menus around what is in season. Your guests eat food that came from down the road, prepared in the barn’s own kitchen. No outside caterer to coordinate. No delivery trucks pulling up during cocktail hour. Just good food from good farms.
