FAQ: Can we hire an outside catering company?
While we strongly recommend that clients use our preferred caterers, we do consider outside catering on a case-by-case basis. A service fee will be applied to events with outside catering as these events require our management team to spend significant administrative and coordination time.
FAQ: Why do you recommend in-house catering?
Vermont has many talented culinary professionals, but catering companies are also the source of staffing for each event. Our in-house team is not only familiar with our space, but also trained to meet our standards of service. When our team is in charge, it’s easy to guarantee your event service will be flawless!
FAQ: What about dessert?
Let’s leave the wedding cakes to the professionals! While our in-house catering team does have a small dessert selection (did someone say gelato cart?!), dessert is always an exception to our in-house catering requirement. Our staff is happy to help present, cut and serve dessert — please chat with our events team about the specifics of what you’re bringing in, and we’ll incorporate it into our service plan!
FAQ: Are you able to provide bridal party lunches or late night food?
Absolutely! We’re happy to drop off lunches at the getting-ready location(s) on the big day. We also have specific late-night menus with the crowd pleasing favorites to keep the party going and everyone fueled up to dance the night away!
